Printhie Wines is a 5-star rated winery and member of the Ultimate Winery Experiences Australia Group, located in the cool climate region of Orange, NSW. The award winning state-of-the-art Cellar Door includes a fine dining restaurant 'Printhie Dining' offering a set five course degustation lunch Thursday to Sunday.

Established in 1996, Printhie Wines has forged a reputation for world-class wines that truly capture the defining element of the Orange wine region: Elevation. Creators of the highly awarded traditional method Swift Sparkling range, considered to be one of Australia’s best.

Helicopter Winery TourThe ultimate lux winery experience. Start your journey in style as a personal chauffeur collects you from your accommodation in Orange and drives you to the Printhie Cellar Door where your helicopter awaits. Enjoy a scenic flight to the Printhie Winery over the undulating landscape of the picturesque Orange wine region. Discover the history of the vineyards as the winemaker guides you around the winery. Savour a special tasting of wines in various stages of development in the winery and the barrel hall before boarding your helicopter for the return trip to the Printhie Cellar Door. Receive a glass of Swift sparkling on arrival and be escorted to your private pavilion by the water. Enjoy a private guided tasting of Printhie’s flagship wines before settling in for a three-course alfresco lunch with a complimentary bottle of Swift Cuvée. Relax in the pavilion enjoying views of the water, orchard and vineyard before being chauffeured home.

Sparkling Masterclass Including Vineyard Tour and Five Course Lunch

Private vineyard tourAn immersive journey uncovering the art of méthode traditionnelle sparkling. Hosted by one of Printhie’s Sparkling Specialists, take a guided walking tour of the vineyard and gain a rare insight into the creation of Australia’s finest sparkling brands, from base wine to the disgorging and ageing process. Awarded Best Australian Sparkling at the 2022 Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships in London and also crowned Best Sparkling at the NSW Wine awards for the last five consecutive years, the Swift Sparkling reflects exceptional cool-climate craftsmanship that continues to raise the bar for Australian sparkling. The Sparkling Masterclass includes a private tour of the Cellar Door vineyard, private tasting of the Swift Sparkling range, including 10-year-old sparkling's and a five course degustation lunch at Printhie Dining.

Couple enjoying picnic amongst the vinesSavour the ultimate day-cation as you lounge on a picnic blanket, Printhie wine in hand, taking in the sensory delights of the surrounding vineyards, apple orchards and sweeping views of lush, rolling hills as far as the eye can see. Use your Printhie map to explore the estate, select your own perfect picnic spot, and then relax and enjoy the lazy conversation as you relish the sweet and savoury gourmet treats in your picnic hamper. The Printhie Picnic experience also includes a guided tasting of selected Printhie wines and a bottle of wine of your choosing from the tasting for your picnic hamper.

Private Fly Fishing Tutorial Incl Five Course Lunch

Fly Fishing Experience at Printhie Wines. Guests standing on edge of water with instructor.Spend the morning enjoying the peaceful sounds of Printhie’s lake and learn or refine the art of fly fishing. Your private instructor will take you through rigging the rod, how to cast and how to reel in your fish. This tutorial caters for all levels from beginner to expert. Your fly-fishing experience will be followed by a set five-course degustation lunch including five flagship matching wines at Printhie Dining, where head chef Jack Brown consciously crafts menus that showcase premium local produce and Australian native botanical flavours. Please wear sturdy, enclosed shoes and bring a jacket. Printhie follows the ‘catch and release’ practice. A weather check will be carried out the day before.
