Studio 19 is situated on the corner of Sampson Street and Kite Street and at the rear of 19 Kite Street. The entrance is off Sampson Street. Studio 19 is separated from the main house with a two-metre-high fence. Studio 19 can be booked separately from the house at 19 Kite Street or in conjunction with it.

Studio 19 is newish and has a fresh, light and bright feel to it with a wonderful view of Cook Park next door. It is ideally located in Orange being near the centre of the city and yet opposite Orange's favourite park.

The kitchen is functional and there is parking off-street. The bed is queen size and a small table provides for meals.
