30 Jun 2019
A grand extravaganza, the evening kicks off with a black truffle hunt with the trained dogs under the matured oak trees (the oldest truffle trees on the mainland of Australia), followed by a five course degustation feast featuring the freshly harvested truffles, with matched wines and fabulous live music. What a better way to spend a cool and possibly snowy winters night in July?
The Dress Code is Black Tie.
The Hunt begins with a 3.30pm arrival for the Truffle Hunt with the dog trainer and dogs.
The Feast is five courses with matched wines.
The charity auction will once again take place, with items including art objects, wine and 'The Black Wasabi' - the truffle that represents the best of the harvest, with the most exquisite, the most potent aromas and premium-grade texture. There will be a prize for the best gumboot too!
Live entertainment will carry you away into the night dancing you gumboot off !
