Be taken on an immersive discovery, cutting right through to the curd on what makes fantastic fromage. Debunk the mystery of cheese making with a step by step masterclass, hosted by master cheesemaker SJ Pienaar and Rowlee’s vignerons Nicole Samodol and James Manny.
As part of the experience you will indulge in a tutored cheese and wine flight – taking in their most revered wines, matched to Second Mouse’s best. Learn the art of cheese and wine pairing as you take in views of the surrounding countryside from their award-winning Cellar Door.
