The Inaugural Orange Chamber Music Festival is an initiative developed by a collective of professional classical musicians from diverse chamber music backgrounds, led by Carmen Nieves as general manager.
Having residence in Orange, these artists have come together to create a new platform for chamber music performance, as well as connecting with the already diverse and expanding cultural scene of Orange.
The festival will run for three days and feature two international artists as well as two of Australia's treasured chamber ensembles, Acacia Quartet and Nexas Quartet all within the beautiful surroundings of Orange. The festival will highlight not only Orange's vibrant cultural community but the extensive and refined hospitality network within this gem of the Central West. Great music, great food, great wine.
Concerts will range from formal dinner shows at a winery to free open to the public performances in the museum.
Join them for this exciting event, support your local artists and indulge your senses with world class performances, good company and enjoy the wide range of food and drink that makes Orange such unique place to visit, all year round.
