'Locally Grown', Fire and Wine Edition with Richard Learmonth

The Hotel Canobolas invites locals and visitors alike to join a special Orange Wine Festival edition of its acclaimed 'Locally Grown' event series, celebrating the bounty of the Central West in collaboration with celebrated local chef, Richard Learmonth.

Known for his leadership at multi-hatted restaurants such as Porteno and Restaurant Pendolino, as well as his award-winning menus at Sister's Rock Winery - Richard Learmonth will showcase his masterful skills cooking live over fire.

A glass of wine on arrival from local winemakers, Swinging Bridge, will provide a perfect regional accompaniment.
