Ross Hill Wines is a family run and sustainable operation established in 1994 by Peter and Terri Robson, with son James and his wife Chrissy now taking over the reins. The Ross Hill Vineyards are planted in mature basalt soils, at a high altitude that carries through into the iconic wine range of whites including Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc, and the BIG red styles of Pinot Noir, Shiraz, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Ross Hill Winery’s Cellar Door has been expanded with a fabulous modern design interpretation on ‘country style’ by local designers and artisans. It is simply a beautiful spot to taste exceptional wines. Surrounded by green vines, singing birds and glorious open skies, you’ll have to pinch yourself to be convinced it is not a dream! If visiting during springtime, you will find yourself surrounded by orchards of sweet, white cherry blossoms.

Before opening for tastings each day, they offer guests a complimentary tour of their Ross Hill NCOS certified carbon neutral winery.
The tour is followed by a wine tasting mid morning, featuring a range of the Ross Hill Wines.

Ross Hill Wines Cellar door houses the stunning, custom designed cooking school, Barrel and Larder. Local chefs, producers and businesses are invited to host the Barrel and Larder cooking classes for intimate group of 12 people.
