Join renowned chef Michael Manners for an immersive three-hour fire cooking class at Ross Hill's custom-designed kitchen space, perfect for food and wine lovers eager to learn, taste, and connect.

Guests will enjoy an up-close experience as the chef prepares and presents dishes, encouraging questions and interaction throughout. The session includes a shared meal around the kitchen table, paired with Ross Hill's cool-climate Orange wines.

The experience includes a glass of bubbles on arrival, three glasses of wine during the class, and plenty of delicious food. Classes require a minimum of eight participants and may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least two days' notice if numbers aren't met.
