Warm up this Winter with a fiery jam or marmalade making experience.
This Winter, step into the welcoming warmth of a country kitchen in Molong, where the stoves are fired up and the air is filled with the sweet scent of simmering jam and marmalade.
Guests are invited to bring an apron, food-safe gloves, and a thirst for learning — everything else, including the fresh produce, quality materials, and expert guidance, will be provided. When booking, participants are encouraged to share their favourite jam or marmalade varieties to help guide the day's delicious creations.
The class begins with a warm cuppa and a homemade treat (or two). As the preserves cook, everyone gathers for a cosy, comforting lunch, perfect for the Winter season. At the end of the session, each guest will head home with a jar of jam or marmalade crafted by their own hands — a sweet, fiery reward for their efforts.
Bookings are essential as places are limited to 6 people per session.
