Wallington Wines is a family owned and operated Organic and Biodynamic farm producing certified grapes and olives just outside the picturesque town of Canowindra in the Central Ranges Region of New South Wales.

Their unique straw bale cellar door and winery was established in 1999 and is home to the Wallington Wine brand. The straw bale cellar door is a magnificent wedding or function venue

Wallington has an established olive grove of over 700 trees producing high quality organically grown extra virgin olive oil.

Wallington is also the site Bald Hill which is well known to be the lookout of the infamous Bush Ranger of the 1860s, Ben Hall. You can learn about Ben Hall on Blind Freddy's Bush Ranger Tour.

Their cellar door is open by appointment seven days a week and is available for small functions and wine tasting/tours.
