Colmar Estate founder, Bill Shrapnel, will present the four very different styles of sparkling wine produced at the vineyard. And yes, the tasting will include Colmar's sensational 2015 Chardonnay-Pinot Noir, the Best Sparkling Wine at the Orange Wine Show in 2023.
In these intimate tastings each wine will be paired with canapes and we’ll pose the question: what’s the best food match with fine sparkling wine?
