Orange Region Fire Festival

14 Aug 2026

6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

As part of the Orange Region Fire Festival, Rowlee presents an intimate winter evening celebrating handmade pasta, wood-fired cooking and cool-climate wines.

Hosted between the warmth of the Rowlee Cellar Door and Rowlee Dining & Bar, the experience begins with a guided tasting of Rowlee wines accompanied by seasonal snacks showcasing produce grown on the estate.

Guests will then take part in a hands-on gnocchi-making masterclass hosted by Rowlee Head Chef Nash Djuric, learning the techniques behind one of Italy's most beloved comfort foods using potatoes grown right here on the Rowlee estate.

Following the masterclass, guests will move into Rowlee Dining & Bar for a hearty two-course shared dinner featuring seasonal winter fare cooked in the venue's Italian wood-fired oven. Designed to celebrate the flavours of the season, the menu brings guests together around the table for a relaxed and memorable winter dining experience.

The evening includes a guided wine tasting, seasonal estate-grown snacks, the gnocchi-making masterclass and a two-course shared dinner. A full bar will be available throughout dinner, with beverages available for purchase.
