Mothers Day at The Cargo Inn

Food Workshops - Pears

This two-hour workshop focuses on pears, which are abundant in Orange in the cooler months and are versatile, nutritious and affordable. Whilst sipping on homemade pear and ginger sparkler, you will learn from Hillside Harvest owner Paula Charnock about the characteristics of the 7 varieties of pears grown at the orchard and how to choose and store them.
