Orange NSW is fast gaining a reputation for boutique breweries and cider houses. Meet our local brewers to give you a behind-the-scenes look at how beer and cider is made. 

Visitors who want to enjoy local brews will not be left short of options thanks to a number of specialty retailers around town.

Badlands Brewery

Multi-award winning Microbrewery brewing "Dangerously Drinkable" beers. Cellar door is hosted by "The Agrestic Grocer" venue, located at the same address. Tasting paddles, six beers permanently on-tap and the entire Badlands packaged range available for purchase on site.

Beekeepers Inn

The Beekeepers Inn was originally built in 1859 as a hotel, converting to a changing station for Cobb and Co, heading west to Bourke. The inn now houses the Beekeepers Inn Antiques and Collectables.

Pioneer Brewing Co.

Pioneer Brewing Co is located 25 minutes from Orange on a rural farming property. A unique brewery and farming combination; growing the majority malting grain on farm, harvesting it and creating farm fresh beer with it.

Jones and Smith Distillery

Jones and Smith Distillery is a family owned craft distillery located in Central West New South Wales idyllically situated between Orange, Spring Hill and Millthorpe. Their spirits are 100 per cent authentically crafted and aged in the heart of the Central West.

The Agrestic Grocer

Housed in a semi-industrial, semi-agricultural straw-bale/brick building and wearing its locavore ideology proudly on its sleeve, The Agrestic Grocer provides a unique shopping and dining experience.
